The Next Evolution of Science
1st Person Science
Practice
The personal trainer for self-led adult development
A practice that remembers what you are working on and meets you where you actually are.
Classical science studies groups of people, on average. This starts with you: run the experiment on yourself, with your own outcomes as the measure โ then compare notes with the people you trust.

Your day, one glance
Why now
Science provides endless answers. I make endless intentions. And yet behavior change is still elusive.
Every expert is certain and every expert disagrees. What is missing is not more information โ it is a way to find out what is actually true for your own life.
Studies describe people in aggregate. Yours is the only life you can actually observe.
You can know exactly what is healthy and still not do it. Behavior change is not an information problem.
Classical science is a professional project: controlled, lab-bound, harvesting information about people.
Life is none of those things โ it is chaotic, social and personal. So we explore and learn together, with the people we love, until science is something we experience and play rather than something done to us.
Working with me
A coach, a personal trainer and a scientist in one
The deepest way in right now is custom, one-on-one work. We run the whole cycle together, and the platform holds the structure so you can keep going on your own.
Coach
A thinking partner, and accountability for the questions you answer alone.
Personal trainer
Practice sized to your real capacity, adjusted week by week.
Scientist
Design the test, name the outcome, read your own data.
What the work looks like
Reflect
Find the area of your life that actually has potential in it right now.
Hypothesize
Turn it into a claim you can test: if I do this, that should change.
Operationalize
Name the behavior you will really do, and the outcome that tells you it moved.
Schedule and run
Put it in your calendar, practice with guidance, and read what came back.
Support at every level
One-on-one
Personal support with me while the new behavior takes hold.
A small group
Social support: a handful of people running their own experiments beside yours.
The platform
It reminds you what to do, guides you while you are in it, and logs the behavior as you finish.
A self-serve path is being built, so people can get the resources and run their own experiments without a 1:1 engagement.
The platform
Everything you need to run an experiment on your own life
One place for the practice, the data, and the people you compare notes with. No spreadsheets, and no waiting months for the analysis.
The Armory
Your data infrastructure
Connect Oura, WHOOP, Google Calendar and screen time into one timeline, so every practice arrives with its physiological context already attached.
The Library
Behaviors and outcomes
Define what you practice (X) and what you measure (Z), then build routines that sequence them with guided content and timers.
A Priori Hypotheses
What this season is about
A structured check-in turns your intentions into the Xs and Zs the rest of the platform pays attention to.
ExperiMEnts
Structured, time-bound interventions
Schedule an experiment across weeks, let it fill your calendar, and watch follow-through and outcome change side by side.
CalenDash
Intention against follow-through
Everything you scheduled and everything that actually happened, on one calendar.
Hindsight
Pattern review
Pick any X or Z, planned or spontaneous, and look at what moved together and what never budged.
Groups
Share, compare, collaborate
Invite the people you trust, run an experiment together, and compare your data with theirs.
AI Coach
Guidance in the moment
An assistant that reads your own data and helps you decide what to try next.
How it flows
Reflect and intend
Start a season with a check-in, write the intention, and name the Xs and Zs that matter now.
Structure, or go freely
Plan a week-by-week experiment, or practice as inspiration strikes and log as you go. Both count.
Practice with guidance
Routines step you through it, and finishing an X prompts the Z that belongs to it.
Look back and learn
See follow-through, outcome trends and unexpected connections, then set the next intention.
Start with one question about your life
Run your first experiment now โ no account needed. Keep the account when you want the data to stay.
